Is there a consultation fee?

Yes, the consultation fee is £50 and we take payment for this as a deposit to secure your booking.

The consultation fee can be redeemed off treatment should you have it (must be used within 1 month of consultation) or otherwise it simply covers the cost of consultation.

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you can no longer make your appointment or the deposit may be lost.

Please note that the consultation fee is non-refundable once you have a consultation.

Does the consultation involve any obligation?

Not at all, all consultations are always without obligation as we respect that you need time and space to make an informed decision that is personally right for you.

Please be aware though that consultation deposits which have been taken are always non-refundable. We make our consultation fee redeemable off our clinical treatments.

Re-Vive Clinic reserves the right to decline treatment if felt medically necessary or in your best interests.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A £50 deposit is required for all new bookings – it either covers the consultation fee and/or is redeemed off your treatment bill on the day. We can process this quickly and securely online with payment card details from you.

Deposits are non-refundable if:
- You fail to arrive for your appointment
- Arrive so late that you miss your scheduled appointment slot
- Cancel with less than 24hrs’ notice

What if I am late for my appointment?

Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your consultation, we cannot provide you with the time you are due to give a thorough discussion and any treatment you need.

Is there a charge for a botox follow-up appointment?

All treatments are to be paid in full on the day of treatment, directly following treatment at the clinic.

We accept cash and all major debit/credit cards, including American Express.
We do not accept cheques.

If you intend to pay using a gift voucher, please advise us of this when booking and bring the voucher with you.
If a loved one is treating you they may like to pre-pay for treatment online or by purchasing a gift voucher.
